This upscale harbourside and waterfront condo is absolutely the perfect spot on Hilton Head for your next stay. Our unit features Italian tile flooring, a full kitchen with granite countertops, a large dining area, an abundance of comfortable seating, and all the amenities to make you feel right at home. Enjoy the open floor plan with sweeping harbour views from large windows and a comfortable private patio. Upstairs, enjoy two master suites, one with a double jetted tub under skylights.
Just outside, enjoy all there is to do at Shelter Cove Harbour! There are more than 30 shops and restaurants on the first level of the complex. Take a stroll along the harbour to see all the beautiful yachts and boats. The Marina features Hilton Head Island's largest deep water yacht basin. Every conceivable water sport may be enjoyed here, from deep-sea fishing, inshore fishing charters and crabbing, to sail and powerboat rentals, to sightseeing and nature excursions, to dinner cruises. Shelter Cove is the center of many of the island's evening activities. Harbourfest is held from April through August, and has exhibits, vendors, entertainment, and loads of fun for the entire family. In the summer, enjoy Shannon Tanner, an island tradition for music and storytelling. The theatre and the island's only indoor shopping mall are only steps away. And the beach? Just a mile away -- an easy walk or bike ride. Or, since Harbourside is a part of Palmetto Dunes , take advantage of the Dunes Buggy, an air-conditioned van which will pick you up at your door and deliver you to the beach, the mall, or any Palmetto Dunes properties FREE of charge! When you are ready to return, simply give the shuttle a call!
Beach access is at either of Palmetto Dunes' two beach houses. Stroll along three miles of uncrowded beach. Enjoy canoeing or kayaking on 11 miles of winding lagoons teeming with wildlife. Rent a bike and cruise over miles of paved bike paths, enjoy a little beach cycling along the shore, or just grab the provided chairs, towels and toys and settle in for some relaxation and family time in the sun. In the warmer months, you also have access to our complex's small, but private pool, just steps away from our door.
For convenience, there are TWO grocery stores -- Kroger and Whole Foods -- in the Shelter Cove shopping area, and another -- The Fresh Market -- is just a bike ride away.

Summary: Great getaway. It was hard taking the stairs as much as you need to. But the ad tells you that. Beautiful views. Great location. Lots of shopping. Good food. Great for getaway. The only thing I needed was soap in shower and bathroom sinks. I did bring my bath gel so worked out great. Photo of the view. Beautiful

Summary: We loved the place. We did find it to be a "little" dirty. The garbage disposal smelled badly, we left a cleaner we used for the next person. The dish soap you supply ydpes not clean the dishes. WE found dishes and silverware in cabinets dirty. We left better dish washer detergent there for the next guest and suggest using a better product for a better result. Worth noting was the mold growing on the heating/AC vents. Under the sink in the spare bedroom bath is dry rotten and needs repair. I found that when using the rest room. it is not visible if you don't sit down, maintenance may have missed it for that reason. It is a lovely unit, as advertised with a couple little cleaning matters. We own a property management company so the very last thing we want to deal with is a problem wle away on vacation. It was nothing emergent and we LOVED the place.

Summary: We celebrated our 30th anniversary for this stay. We love the unit and the other people who live here are very friendly. It’s centrally located in Shelter Cove and was a perfect place for us. Clean, well appointed, plenty of everything and so comfortable and homey. The balcony was very comfortable to sit at the high top for morning coffee and watching the boat activities each day. Communication with owner was awesome and we plan to stay here again in the future. Top notch!!

Summary: This property has great views, is in a very good location to everything, was very clean, well stocked, comfortable and has a host that provides very good instructions on the property, is flexible and communicates quickly. This was one of our best stays. We love this area and will be back to stay again at this property/unit.

Summary: Excellent location in Shelter Cove right across from the marina with an AMAZING view of the water. We loved being in the center of all the Shelter Cove action and we were thrilled with the free transportation to the beach and to town square for more shopping and great restaurants! One thing to note is that there is not a pool. It was fine for us but small children may be disappointed.
